DailyMBA is a one-time annual purchase — not a subscription. There are no recurring charges and nothing auto-renews. There is nothing to cancel and no future charge to stop; access runs for the year and then lapses unless you choose to buy again.

After the first 7 days
Because access to the Desk and the daily frameworks is delivered digitally and immediately, the purchase is final once the 7-day guarantee window has passed — except where your statutory rights below apply.
Your statutory rights
Nothing here limits any non-excludable consumer guarantee, right, or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), or under EU/UK or US consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction. Where such law entitles you to a refund or remedy — for example, a major failure that cannot be remedied — we will honour it.
Billing errors and hardship
We always fix billing errors on our side. We’ll also consider a discretionary refund in genuine hardship — for example, a technical issue that materially prevented you using the Service, or serious illness. Email us and we’ll be reasonable.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. For consumers protected by mandatory local laws (e.g. EU, UK, US state consumer protection), nothing in this document limits rights you have under those laws.
